🔁 Returns – Physical Products (Dropshipping)

We offer returns and refunds for physical items only if they are:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue is required.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer or address on the package unless instructed by us.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.

💸 Refunds – Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

📘 Digital Products (E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incompatibility with your device

  • Change of mind

However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your e-book, please contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
