Thank you for shopping with us! This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our store and covers both physical (dropshipped) and digital (e-book) products.
📦 Physical Products (Dropshipping)
We work with international suppliers to deliver a wide variety of products directly to your door in Chile.
Shipping Times:

Order Processing: 2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery: 10–25 business days (depending on supplier and location)
Tracking Information:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping prices.
📘 Digital Products (E-Books)
E-books are delivered digitally and do not require shipping.
Delivery Method:

A download link will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

You may also access your e-books from your account, if you created one at checkout.

🛑 Order Issues or Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there's an issue with delivery, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed and sent to the supplier.
